Why does moving faster cost more?

Because a real rush means we change the schedule, reserve focused production time, and make room for your project immediately. We would rather explain that honestly than hide the cost or promise a deadline we cannot support.

What the fee pays for

Time is the limited resource. To accelerate one website, we may need to:

1Reserve priority timeWe block concentrated design and development time for your project instead of fitting it into the normal queue.

2Reschedule flexible workOther non-rush projects may need to move so your website can stay at the front of the production schedule.

3Add qualified helpWhen needed, we add design or development capacity to meet the compressed schedule without cutting corners.

Simple, published pricing

One monthly payment $249 minimum · billed once

This does not increase your recurring rate. Checking the box only requests availability; it does not charge you.

We confirm availability in writing first.
We invoice the fee separately only after approval.
The target starts after payment and all required materials arrive.
If Peak Beak alone misses the target, we credit or refund the fee.

Fair on both sides

Rapid Launch works only when both teams move quickly. We commit priority production time; you commit to sending content, photos, credentials, approvals, and feedback within one business day of each request. If missing information from your side moves the schedule, the rush fee and normal agreement still apply because the reserved production time was already set aside. If everything is in our hands on time and Peak Beak alone misses the agreed target, we will credit or refund the rush fee.

Full Rapid Launch terms

The exact agreement

These terms become part of the Website Service Agreement only when Peak Beak confirms availability in writing and the separate rush invoice is paid.

Availability. Rapid Launch is optional and subject to Peak Beak’s written confirmation. A request alone does not create a delivery commitment.

Fee. The non-recurring rush fee equals one monthly payment for the selected plan, with a $249 minimum. It is separately invoiced and does not change the recurring subscription price.

Target. Peak Beak targets public launch within 10 business days after the later of rush-fee payment or receipt of all required content, credentials, access, and approvals. The target applies to the original selected-plan scope.

Client response time. Client will provide requested materials, decisions, and consolidated feedback within one business day. Client-caused delays automatically move the target date.

Excluded delays. Added scope, late or incomplete client materials, unavailable third-party systems, domain or platform delays, and force majeure are outside Peak Beak’s sole control. They move the target and do not reduce or excuse the rush fee or other amounts due.

Peak Beak delay. If Peak Beak alone fails to meet the agreed target after timely client performance, Peak Beak will refund or credit the rush fee. The underlying monthly Website Service Agreement and its payments remain in effect.
