Everything you want to know before booking a call — pricing, process, timelines, and what's included.
Pricing
Monthly plans start at $110/month (Micro), $149/month (Starter), $249/month (Growth), and $429/month (Authority). All monthly plans include design, build, hosting, SSL, and routine content updates — no surprise add-ons. One-time builds start at $2,490. See full pricing →
24 months. That term is what keeps the monthly price low — it covers strategy, design, build, hosting, launch support, and ongoing site care spread across two years. After the term, you can continue month-to-month.
Yes. One-time builds start at $2,490 for a Starter site and you own everything outright. After launch, our Website Care Bundle ($105/month) covers hosting and up to 4 monthly updates. Some owners prefer to own it; others prefer the lower monthly all-in price. Both work.
No. Hosting, SSL, and domain setup are included in monthly plans. The only things that could add cost are third-party tools your business wants integrated (like an online booking system or e-commerce store), and we'll quote those upfront before starting.
On a one-time build, yes — you own everything: the code, content, and domain. On a monthly plan, you own your domain name and all the content (text, photos, copy). The plan functions like a bundled service that covers the build, hosting, and care. Either way, your domain is always yours.
Process
With a short discovery call — usually 20–30 minutes. We talk through your business, your goals, what you like and don't like about your current online presence, and which plan makes the most sense. There's no pressure and no sales pitch. If it's not a good fit, we'll say so. Book a free call →
Most sites launch within 2–4 weeks of the kickoff call. The main variable is how quickly we can get photos, copy, and business details from you. We'll outline exactly what we need and when at the start of the project.
Mostly: photos (your work, your space, yourself), your services and pricing, and answers to a short intake form. We write the copy for you based on your answers — you don't need to provide polished text. If you have existing branding (logo, colors), bring that too. If not, we can help.
We do one round of design, share a preview, and then refine based on your feedback. Most clients are happy after one round of changes. We're not trying to nickel-and-dime revisions — the goal is to get it right, and we'll work with you until it is.
What's included
Yes — all monthly plans include up to 4 content changes per month. That covers text updates, photo swaps, adding a new service, updating hours, and similar requests. Larger changes (new pages, new sections) are quoted separately.
Yes, on all monthly plans. Fast, reliable hosting with automatic backups and an SSL certificate (the padlock in browsers) is included at no extra charge.
Yes. Booking integrations (Calendly, Square Appointments, etc.), contact forms, quote calculators, and basic e-commerce can all be added. These are typically quoted as one-time additions. We'll give you a clear price before any work starts.
Yes — copywriting is included. You fill out a short intake form and we write the headlines, body copy, and calls to action. You review and approve before launch. You don't need to be a writer.
SEO & Google
Every site we build includes local SEO foundations — proper title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, fast load times, mobile optimization, and location-specific content. These give you the best possible starting point. Rankings build over time as Google crawls your site and your Google Business Profile gains reviews and activity. No one can guarantee a #1 ranking, but we build sites designed to compete.
We don't sell a separate SEO retainer, because for most local businesses the right foundation built into the site handles the majority of what you need. We'd rather give you the tools and education to maintain your Google Business Profile and collect reviews than charge you monthly for things you can do yourself.
Yes. As part of the project we'll make sure your Google Business Profile is complete, your NAP (name, address, phone) matches your website, and you have a working review link to start collecting reviews from happy customers.
About Peak Beak
A few things. First, everything we build is designed around lead generation and local search — not just aesthetics. Second, you work directly with the person building your site, not an account manager who relays messages to a developer overseas. Third, we specialize in local businesses in small and mid-size markets, so we understand your customer and your competition in a way a generic agency doesn't.
