Websites for Plumbers

A plumbing site is measured in minutes, not impressions.

A burst pipe is water on the floor for every minute the customer spends hunting for your number. We build plumbing sites that dispatch fast, guide the customer before you arrive, and explain the estimate so it lands as fair.

Where plumbing sites lose the job

Plumbing is the most immediate emergency in the trades. The customer is not browsing — they are reacting.

Every delay on the page is water on the floor. These are the failures we fix first.

A burst pipe is measured in minutes

Water damage compounds by the hour. A plumbing site that hides the phone number behind a hamburger menu is costing the customer money and costing you the job.

No guidance before you arrive

A homeowner standing in water does not know where the shutoff valve is. The site that tells them — and dispatches — owns the emergency.

No explanation of what a job involves

Repiping, hydro-jetting, sewer camera work, tankless conversion: these sound expensive and vague. A page that explains the process makes the estimate feel fair.

Pricing that feels like a mystery

Flat-rate versus hourly, diagnostic fees, and what a 'minimum service call' includes should be stated, not discovered after the truck arrives.

After-hours rotation nobody explains

Is there a real on-call plumber at 11pm, or a voicemail? The site should say which — and when.

Commercial work mixed with residential

A restaurant with a failed grease line and a homeowner with a running toilet are different customers with different urgency and different paperwork.

What we build for plumbing companies

Dispatch in one tap, answers before you arrive.

The website's job is to get the truck moving and to make the estimate feel fair once it does.

Emergency-first mobile layout

Fixed call bar, click-to-text option, and a short 'what to do right now' panel with shutoff guidance while a plumber is dispatched.

Service pages per problem

Burst pipe, clogged drain, sewer line, water heater, repipe, gas line, fixture install — each a page people actually search for.

Water heater & sewer decision content

Tank vs. tankless, repair vs. replace, camera inspection — the comparisons customers need before they will approve a big ticket.

Pricing transparency pages

Explain your diagnostic fee, service-call minimum, and flat-rate approach so nobody feels ambushed by the invoice.

Dispatch territory

A service-area page that says plainly which towns and counties you cover — and which you do not.

Commercial plumbing path

A separate path for restaurants, multi-unit, and light commercial with its own proof, contacts, and expectations.

Dispatch routing

Two queues, sorted automatically.

An active leak and a request for a water-heater quote should never share a queue. The site sorts them before anyone reads the message.

emergency → on-call · scheduled → office · commercial → account contact

Straight answers

What we will not put on a plumber's website.

Some of the most common plumbing-site copy is also the least true.

01

We will not promise 24/7 unless it exists.

'24/7 emergency service' is a liability when the phone rolls to voicemail at midnight. We describe your actual availability.

02

We will not paste in a price you cannot honor.

Publishing '$99 drain special' sitewide creates angry customers when the job is a main-line blockage. We build the pricing page around your structure instead.

03

We will not fake reviews or ratings.

Trust is the whole product in an emergency. Show the reviews you actually have; we will help you earn more rather than invent them.

Why Peak Beak

Built for the call, not the brochure.

01

The emergency path comes first

We design the night-time, phone-in-hand visit before we design the desktop homepage — because that is where the money is.

02

We wire the routing for real

Emergency versus scheduled, residential versus commercial — the intake branches and the notifications are part of the build.

03

Honest availability, honest pricing

We would rather write 'after-hours dispatch available' than print a 24/7 badge your phone system cannot back up.

Questions owners actually ask

Questions plumbing companies ask us

Can the site help a customer before we can get there?+
Yes, and it should. For an active leak we can surface a short safety panel — where the main shutoff usually is, what to move off the floor, and when to call the utility. It reduces damage and it earns a lot of trust in thirty seconds.
How should we talk about pricing without promising a number?+
Publish your structure, not necessarily your rates. Diagnostic fees, service-call minimums, and how flat-rate pricing works remove the biggest objection without committing to a figure you cannot hold.
Can we run emergency dispatch through the site?+
We can wire an after-hours request to a real on-call rotation, not a voicemail box. What we will not do is claim round-the-clock service if the rotation does not exist.
We handle large commercial accounts. Where do they go?+
On a separate path. Commercial visitors get their own language, proof, and intake — often an account contact rather than an emergency flow.
Can customers upload a photo of the problem?+
Yes. A picture of a failed water heater or a corroded line often saves a diagnostic trip and speeds up the estimate.
Do we need a separate page for every service?+
For the big ones, yes. 'Water heater replacement' and 'drain cleaning' are different searches with different intent. One blended 'Plumbing Services' page ranks for neither.
