01Information we collect
We collect information to provide better services to our clients. This includes:
- Personal info: name, email address, phone number, business address, project details, agreement acceptance, electronic signature evidence, and billing information provided during signup.
- Service data: domain names and configuration settings required for managed hosting.
- Attribution data: referring page, landing page, referral code, campaign tags (UTM parameters), and advertising click identifiers when present in the link you follow.
- Signature evidence: server timestamp, IP address, user agent, browser language, platform, time zone, screen and viewport size, and a cryptographic digest used to document and verify electronic agreement acceptance.
- Usage data: limited logs about visitor interactions, used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
02How we use information
Your data is used for service delivery, billing, customer support, security, source and referral reporting, and necessary server maintenance. Peak Beak does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
03Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure database protocols. However, no method of digital transmission or storage is 100% secure.
04Third-party services
We use Firebase to securely process and store service records and Stripe / PayPal for payment processing. Payment providers maintain their own privacy policies governing transaction data. Peak Beak does not receive your full card number from Stripe.
We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) on our public pages to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. The Pixel may record the pages you visit and actions such as submitting a form, starting checkout, or completing a purchase, along with browser and device information, and Meta may use cookies to connect this with your Meta account. We don't send your name, email, phone number or payment details to Meta through the Pixel. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
05Cookies
We use essential browser storage to maintain client portal sessions. Our self-service signup also stores first-touch source information in your browser for up to 90 days so a later signup can be connected to the original referral or campaign. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings. Our public pages also use the Meta Pixel, which may set cookies for ad measurement and retargeting, as described under Third-party services.
06Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time via the client portal or by emailing hello@peakbeak.com.
